Return Policy:

 

To return a product, you must first download and fill in the RA see below link (Return Authorisation) form to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without a Adelaide Printer Solutions RA number, which is valid for 14 days from the issue date. When posting goods back to us, the RA number is to be enclosed with your items. 

Please download and complete a Return Authority form (RA) www.printersolutions.com.au/ra.doc  we need invoice number, order number information.   Return form to sales @printersolutions.com.au email address. We have added a space to the email address (between sales and @ ) in the email address, so spam bots don’t effect, please take out the space before sending an email. 

Processing of a R.A number may take up to 10 Business days. 

 

Faulty Items
Most cases (95%) are fixed with a warranty call to the manufacturer allowing little to no business interruption; Example:  paper feed issue.                                                                      
Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Any warranties and product support that we may choose to offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.    

If a problem occurs with a product and the Item is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you or your business is entitled to a repair, replacement, credit or refund, within consumer Law. Consumer Law reflects that a manufacturer can decline in a repair, replacement, credit or refund where the product fault is caused by: 

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage arising from improper assembly or improper unpacking.
  • Damage to external or product packaging only.
  • Damaging the product during your own handling/ transportation of such product.

 

Warranty is not available on any non-genuine / compatible item we may stock. These items may not be accepted by a printer or similar due to changes to the items firmware or other reason. Or they may fail earlier than a genuine brand item due to being of lower quality or some other reason. Likewise, if a non-genuine / compatible items causes any damage to you printer etc. Adelaide Printer Solutions will not accept any responsibility for such damage. Non-genuine ink & toner may give you some cost savings under some circumstances, but they will quite often perform differently to genuine brand items. Therefore when non-genuine items are purchased, you the customer do so at your own risk, as most of the manufacturers of these items, do not offer any warranty.

We do take care when stocking non-genuine / compatible items to stock items of the highest quality, and from time to time a manufacturer of non-genuine / compatible items may offer a warranty on their product. If that is the case, we will identify it within the information we supply about the product.

 

 



Change-of-mind policy or wrongly ordered goods.

1.            Printer toners, drums, fuser units, maintenance kits, tapes or any “printer consumable” product on the Adelaie Printer Solutions website. (excluding paper products)

If you have ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind we may offer a store credit for the unopened item, providing you complete a Adelaide Printer Solutions RA authority form and email it to us within 7 days of ordering the item. A restocking fee will apply. (See terms below).        

Terms for the return of change-of-mind or wrongly ordered printer consumable items.     

Any and all items returned will be subject to a restocking fee:      
Items returned within 14 days of acceptance of a RA form by Adelaide Printer Solutions  = 30% restocking fee.      
Items returned between 14 & 30 days of acceptance of a RA form by Adelaide Printer Solutions = 40% restocking fee.               
Items received after 30 days of acceptance of a RA form will not be accepted, and there will be NO Store Credit given at all. Any cost or arrangement of getting such items returned to yourselves will have to be wholly met and arranged by yourselves .


All products must be in original packaging. Non faulty items must be returned, unopened and with all seals undamaged. Any resealed items will be rejected. 
The customer will be responsible for all return freight along with any insurance of their choice. There will be no refund on these costs.   
A courier tracking number must be available for staff to track goods.         No credit will be given if the goods  are not received by Adelaide Printer Solutions.  
No goods will be accepted if the package reads, ”Receiver To Pay” The courier will be responsible for returning the goods to you, the customer or disposing of them. 
Any shipping fees, insurance or credit card surcharges that the customer paid to receive the goods are non refundable.               

2.         Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

The following items can not be returned if you change your mind:

  • Special price or non-stock items (custom and special orders)
  • 3D printers, laser engravers, wide and large format printers.
  • Clearance products (e.g. refurbished office machines, demo/testing office machines and furniture)
  • Televisions. 
  • Computers, phones or any other IT related equipment or products.
  • Software and other downloadable materials
  • Office Machines, Cables, Scanners, Scales, Printers, Label Printers, Monitors and Shredders UPS backups 3D printers, laser engraver, wide and large format printers, televisions
  • Any other item that Adelaide Printer Solutions may sell from time to time, not regarded as a printer consumable in the previous section.

You are solely responsible for your purchase, so please choose your products carefully before purchasing and placing your order with us. Research is best done prior to purchase.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind under ACL (Australian Consumer Law). Currently we are not offering change of mind returns in regard to any of the items mention in section 2 of these terms.

 

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
